About Us
Mine's a Pint is an energetic young ceilidh band based in the Midlands. Playing tunes from across the British Isles (and sometimes beyond), the band creates a lively atmosphere for a dance through its exciting arrangements and invigorating performances.
Mine's A Pint has performed at a range of venues and events, including for the Mumpers Ceilidh Club in Derbyshire, White Horse Ceilidhs in Oxfordshire, and at numerous parties, wedding and private functions.

Mine's a Pint is made up of young musicians from the Midlands:
Oli Matthews - melodeon and soprano sax
Alice Little - violin
Steve Jackson - guitar
John Outram - bass and double bass
Jason Gallop - drum kit
Ben Robinson - regular dance caller
Gigs and Bookings
Mine's a Pint is available to book for ceilidhs and barn dances at parties, festivals, weddings and any other function or event. They will bring a caller, who will go through each dance before the band begins and continue to prompt if necessary during the dancing - so it's perfectly suited to novices as well as those who have danced before.
